The Faultless Nike Roshe Run's

I’m at a stage where I resonate well enough with everything Nike sets as of late, I mean who hasn’t been raving around about their latest sneaker collections. The standard that Nike has kept over the years is always incredibly well thought as well as how they make a definite collection easy enough to grab the customer’s attention, how they reinvent themselves and stay up to date with the latest global trends are one of the million reasons that make me a true supporter of this magnificent brand. Drooling away from the unending love I have for Nike[’ys], And swerving on to the greatness that Nike has granted us supporters, to wear their apparel in a more casual way rather than what many people would object and wear their apparel in a more sporty way. They have made it comfortable for fashion enthused individuals like myself to pair their supposedly “sporty” shoes in a more casual way that fits the individuals personality and taste.

My preferred choice recently are Nike Roshe Runs (Specifically the black ones with a white Phylon midsole and a white Nike tick) I have seen quite a lot of ways how one can incorporate these shoes on to their daily outfits. The simplicity makes it easier for you to pair it with your joggers or jeans for instance, I love the fact that it has no embellishments and epitomises simplicity and cleanliness with basic shoe necessities brought to life with every detail. Besides the appearance, the sneaker also has some great benefits. Its versatility makes it optional for you to wear the shoes with or without socks, dressed up or down for walking or just taking it easy. The full mesh upper is excellent for breathability, preventing what happens the most to people considering how their feet get squeezed and how the shoe their wearing lacks breathing space for the feet. This right here conquers all those complications.

Fashion || Wear Your Air!

Air Max Day has come and go, and here I am still gravitating towards the best  sneaker  to ever launch. Air Max sneakers have always been a coveted sneaker to fully own at least someday please take emphasis on the word “fully” because it actually got to a point where I wore a friends pair more often than I shouldn’t have ..  I’m a huge supporter of Nike, they’re honestly a pair that everyone should own. The functionality, the comfort, high performance and the epic swag to add on never ceases to amaze me! I watched a video the other day on YouTube with regards to the A.M sneakers about how comfortable and how suitable these sneakers are for any occasion whether you going to gym or wearing them with your casual wear they still give off that sportswear polished look. This video increased that burning desire for me to beg my mom much more to buy me some Air Max!

Well, keeping away from the acquisitiveness that I strongly have for Nike Air Max sneakers, On the 26^th of March marked the official 27^th anniversary. Sneaker-heads, bloggers and general Nike supporters like myself took to Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #wearyourair in support of the “Wear your air” celebration campaign. My favourite amongst the variety of these sneakers is the Nike Air 90 boot in all black – This sneaker literally drives me nuts! Especially the colour, Such beauty!  The Air max 90 Sneakerboot  is described to be a statement of style and performance re-imagined for everyday living. Its quintessential comfort grants you the fit for an urban pace and is made for all global tastes. The all black with the oreo-like speckle on the white midsole makes this sneaker the best reinterpretation since there’s been quite a lot of Air max remixes. While the other colourways have dropped already this one gets an instant nod from me!  Too dope! 

Fashion || Adidas Originals x TopShop Collaboration

The sporty trend seems to be everyone's liking nowadays, we seriously obsessing towards trendy dope sneakers and super stylish sweatpants. Topshop on the other hand is giving you ladies some solid serving of life! They have partnered with one of the biggest (and my favorite)  brands ever: Adidas Originals to produce a new collection that prides itself on bespoke, London inspired prints, to really cute tops, bottoms and of course footwear. The prints are absolutely great and the whole play of the sporty aesthetic really does stand out and is conveyed well for me. The collection hits Topshop stores on the 20th of March. Ladies, you better hope & cross your fingers that this includes South African stores as well.

 

Fashion || Let's Get Sporty!

When you hear them say, fashion is everything. You really don’t have much of a choice but to agree with them, We live in a world where looking good is not just by nature but a must at its own standard and therefore to everyone fashion has become an extensive expression of one’s self. One thing though that  I gravitate towards more often is exploring new trends that hit us season by season and how trend setters have a way of merging in “out of the ordinary pieces” with casual wear and still make it look stylish and appealing to the human eye. Sport Luxe trend is one of my favorite trends as it incorporates lots of sneakers, trainers, leather, plimsolls, bomber jackets, loose jersey trousers e.t.c this trend is basically blending  a little bit of sporty with a little bit of luxury and can look absolutely amazing with a bit of grunge here and there. From Victoria Beckham, Marc Jacobs and the very recent Chanel show case at this year’s Paris Fashion week this trend is sure dominating catwalks this season and already has an influence on to our fellow fashionista’s around the world.
